Summary of RoBran Industries, Inc. Minimize

Brief & Summary of RoBran Industries, Inc

by Matt Brandimarte, C.E.O., RoBran Industries, Inc.

RoBran Industries, Inc. (RBI) is in the process of developing manufacturing and renewable energy recycling plants that are so efficient, that the only by-products or emissions produced are hundreds of jobs and green energy. RBI plants will be manufacturing building materials, such as recycled particle board and the raw materials that can be used to make brick pavers, concrete blocks and the slag aggregates, that can be used in the production of concrete and asphalt production. In addition manufacturing of the finished and raw building materials, there proposed the production of the synthetic fuels and the electricity produced from recycled materials.

The basics of the proposed plant operations revolve around the main three production models, these are the production of 40 million sf of Green Particle Board (from recycled wood products), the production of; 80/200 million gallons (combined totals) of synthetic clear diesel, Jet fuel and eventually unleaded gasoline, which all revolve around the renewable power and steam produced from our proposed 300Mw power plant. The main emphasis is that all of the manufacturing, fuel and power productions are either closed cycle 100% carbon capture, or 100% carbon free processes, that do not pollute.

Many companies come and go but RBI's unique business model, secured financing, multiple revenue streams, and latest partnerships, ensure RoBran Industries will grow for years to come.

RoBran Industries was founded by Matthew Brandimarte & Steven Rogers, Jr and future developed from the visions of Matthew & Gerard Brandimarte. At the foundation of RBI’s success is a Pro-America mission, all about creating jobs and mutually beneficial relationships. The company strives for significant savings over traditional means for their clients. These win - win situations and business partnerships, provide much needed solutions to a wide spectrum of the same old problems.

To solve these problems, RoBran Industries, Inc. has teamed up with Tom Boyd – Managing Member of TriEnCon Services. TriEnCon will continually maximize profitability of the power plants and aid in the overseeing of the plants synthetic fuel manufacturing and Mike Entenmann from All Wood Products who will oversee the manufacturing and marketing of the wood products produced. Allowing RoBran to efficiently begin production within 34 months of breaking ground on each plant built. TriEnCon has a long history of running such industrial projects, worldwide. They have clients ranging from nuclear, to alternative energy startups, to multi-plant operations. RoBran Industries skilled team will efficiently oversee the start-up & operations of licensed and proven technologies that they use. The first two plant locations that now have financing and soon will break ground on, will be in Colorado and Pennsylvania. Recently the Brandimarte brothers acquired a funding source that is not only aligned with their scope, design, and mission; but equally as interested in building more plants, long term.

RoBran Industries proprietary plant design qualifies for LEED’s facility certification and will be operated to those standards or better. Each plant has a tire crumb facility that can accept for disposal up to 2000 tons of waste tires per day. The largest on-going contracts for tire disposal can expect rates as low as $60.00 per/ton for car tires and $90.00 per/ton and up for truck and heavy equipment tires. The heart of every plant is the use of Municipal Solid Waste and Construction / Demolition Waste (C&D Waste). Using technology they will process 20,000 tons of this waste per week, per plant. Pricing for C&D Waste is $30per/ton clean wood, to $60 per/ton for mixed C&D Waste, including roofing materials (non-separated or sorted) and MSW.

One final and most important thing RoBran manufactures from recycled materials is fuel that is completely sourced in the U.S.A. RBI’s fuels are 100% American made and they always will be. Speak to any of RoBran Industries executives about the fuel producing technology and you get a sense that it’s not all about profits, but it is about patriotism. RoBran Industries business plan is centered on production of renewable energy, ultra low sulfur, highly efficient diesel fuels and synthetic gasoline’s, all from recycled materials. Using licensed technology that has been evolving for decades can now yield over 80 million gallons annually at each plant. They have been providing floating price points, below going market pricing for the largest conditional commitments.

RoBran Industries marketing strategy is centered on offering even further discounts for partnered marketing opportunities. With their multi-contract pricing, communities and struggling cities could benefit. For example, a contract for large, steady streams of waste combined with Private Businesses and Government entities that need cleaner, more affordable diesel could add up to millions saved.

RoBran Industries facilities do not pollute, but certainly do have additional by-products that have been turned into additional revenue streams. Some of these by-products are the over 2 million gallons of clean drinking water (tested to be purer that most municipalities), per day. Another by-product as previously mentioned is the carbon C02 that is 100% captured, and then sold off for in the food manufacturing industry, Medical and even in the production of methane gas (coal bed induction) and recovery of crude oil from deep wells. In some instances the steam given off from these processes can be used in a number of different ways to help other partnering facilities. Other added benefits that come with a RoBran Industries, Inc. recycling plant, range from the 439 well paying jobs, to the 1500 construction jobs while each plant is being built, or even the 245Mw’s of excess electrical power they put onto the grid.
